Levofloxacin
Indications/Uses
External ocular infection.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye 3 times daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to quinolones.
Special Precautions
Avoid prolonged use. Not to be injected subconjunctivally or directly introduced to the anterior chamber of the eye. Not for use in MRSA infection. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Transient decreased vision, foreign body sensation, fever, headache, ocular burning or discomfort, photophobia; irritation, eyelid itching; shock, anaphylactoid reaction.
